Touring Company Member - Puppeteer

Arm-of-the-Sea Theater seeks new company members for starting September 2026. 

This is part-time, seasonal work in the Hudson Valley between April-December every year. Must be local to the Hudson Valley during these months, with a preference to applicants within 30 minutes of Saugerties, NY who have reliable transportation. 

Prospective applicants should have a background in movement arts, object-based theater, clowning or otherwise and must be able to endure heavy lifting and complex physicality. We ask all applicants to prepare a 3-5 minute piece of movement or object-based theater to a recorded soundtrack or song.

Auditions will be held at the Tidewater Center in Saugerties, NY on the evenings of August 4th and August 6th.
